While you browse

When you visit the site, certain technical data necessarily passes between your browser and the servers that deliver the pages: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of the request.

This data is used solely to display the site and to keep it secure and working properly. ATEMI does not use it to identify you, to build a profile, or for advertising purposes. This processing is based on ATEMI's legitimate interest in running a functional and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you write to us

If you contact us by email or phone, we use the information you provide (name, contact details, content of your message) only to reply to you and follow up on your request.

The site is hosted by Webflow, Inc. (398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA), which relies on content delivery networks to serve pages and media. The technical logs of these servers are managed by Webflow under its own privacy policy.

To display the site correctly, your browser also loads fonts (Google Fonts) and animation libraries from third-party servers. Your IP address is transmitted to them in the process, as with any file loaded on the web.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Depending on the provider, these transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

ATEMI does not set any audience-measurement, advertising or social-media cookies.

The site simply stores your choice about YouTube videos in your browser (local storage), so it doesn't ask you again on every page. This information contains no personal data and stays on your device.

The only non-technical cookies that may be set are YouTube's, and only if you allow the videos. See the next section.

Project pages embed videos hosted on YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you open a project page, a discreet banner lets you accept or decline them. Until you accept (or if you decline), no connection is made to YouTube: you can still play a video on its own with the play button. Your choice is remembered for a maximum of 6 months.

Once videos are allowed, they may start automatically, without sound. YouTube may then collect technical data (IP address, device information, interactions with the video) and set or read cookies and similar technologies on your device, especially if you are signed in to a Google account.

The site contains links to third-party websites (social networks, YouTube, partners). By clicking one of them, you leave atemiproductions.com: the destination site applies its own privacy policy, over which ATEMI has no control.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
